Their mission is to advance “healthy homes, caring communities and positive aging.” Cathedral Square owns or manages 30 affordable-housing communities in Vermont and administers the nationally recognized SASH® (Support and Services at Home) program.

Offered by Community Health Improvement at The University of Vermont Medical Center, provides proper foot care to those who find doing their own foot care challenging. Nurse volunteers provide general foot care, toenail clipping, skin assessments and education to groups of seniors, the disabled, those diagnosed with diabetes, and those on blood thinners.
