Chair Yoga aims to bring the yoga practice to those with visible mobility issues, non-visible injuries, central nervous system diseases, degenerative diseases, chronic pain, along with physical, mental, emotional and behavioral challenges.
These classes host all the elements of a traditional flow class – breathing exercises (Pranayama), yoga poses (Asana), and an ending relaxation (Savasana) - often in a chair, allowing for personalized modifications, and use of various props.

Masks Required: This class is a Masked Class, meaning that our teacher and all students will wear a mask over their nose and mouth for all of class, regardless of vaccination status. We would love it if you were able to bring your own mask, but we have masks available at the studio for you to use in a pinch!
