Online Payment with a Credit Card
. There is a $2 or 3.5% processing fee, whichever is higher, on your total balance at the end of your transaction. The program fee will be billed by
Recreation & Parks, and the processing fee will be billed by
. The town does not collect the processing fees.
You can process with your registration without choosing the Online Payment Option (with a credit card). Instead, choose the Offline Payment Option- print the form and mail or bring to the
. Office with check or cash payment. (Note: You or the person you are registering is not enrolled until payment is received).
In consideration of being permitted to enroll in a
Recreation & Parks program or camp, I hereby release the Town of
, its elected or appointed officials, instructors, agents and/or employees, from all liability to the registered participants for any and all loss of damage or any claim resulting there from on account of injury to the participants while participants are engaged in a
Recreation & Parks Program or camp.
The participants understand that serious accidents occasionally occur in sports-related or other recreation activities and that participants occasionally sustain serious injuries as a consequence thereof. Knowing the risks, dangers and unpredictability of such related activities, participants hereby assume full responsibility for the risk of bodily injury while participating in a
Recreation & Parks program or camp.
I expressly agree that this release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Vermont and that if any portion hereof is invalid, the balance shall continue in full force and effect. I hereby give permission to have participants transported by ambulance should the situation so require.
