This is a groundbreaking program designed to harness the power of humor as a coping mechanism in today’s fast-paced and often overwhelming environment.

This innovative initiative aims to teach individuals how to incorporate humor techniques into their daily routines, transforming laughter from a mere reaction to a proactive tool for personal wellness.

Participants in the program are guided through a series of interactive activities that not only explore the science behind humor and its benefits but also provide practical techniques for developing a "Constructive Habit Development" of humor in everyday life.
