Teen Weight Training
The Peak Performance Training Methodology is based on years of scientific and evidence based strategies.  We teach our athletes how to properly train their bodies to reach their peak level of performance. Our unique training program is proven to enhance speed, agility, power and strength all while significantly reducing the risk of injury. Our scientific integrative approach combines the latest in sports performance training to give each athlete the best opportunity to succeed.

Program Descriptions:
  • Middle School Training: This is Peak Performance's High School Performance program modified for younger athletes to not only develop their strength, speed and agility using methods shown to be safe for their age group, but also prepare them with the movement skills they need to progress to the next level safely and effectively. 
  • High School Training: Peak Performance's unique training program is proven to enhance speed, agility, power and strength all while significantly reducing the risk of injury. Our scientific integrative approach combines the latest in sports performance training to give each athlete the best opportunity to succeed.

Registration Information:
  • Registration is done online.
  • At Checkout you will have the option to pay online or offline.
  • Online Payment Option is with a credit card (A convenience fee of $2 or 3.5 % is added, whichever is higher).
  • Offline Payment Option is mailing or bringing in a check or cash with the receipt that is generated after you register.
  • Offline payment option is turned off one week prior to start date of program. You can register and use the online payment option or stop in at the Rec. Office to register and pay.
  • Please create a household account prior to coming in if you don't have one already. (Upper left hand corner).
  • Program rosters are checked one week prior to start date to see if minimum number is met.
  • Don't Wait! Register Early! (A program might be cancelled due to low enrollment).
